A local native and patient for over a decade, Jennifer has served as Sieveking Plastic Surgery’s medical aesthetician for several years. She holds advanced certifications in treatments including Microneedling, Ultherapy, and CoolSculpting. Jennifer advocates for gentle exfoliation and prevention, living by the motto that "it's never too late to start new habits." She loves connecting with clients during their skin journeys and spends her free time traveling with her husband, four children, and two granddaughters.

Susie began her nursing career over 24 years ago at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center before spending the last two decades in prestigious aesthetic practices across California and Tennessee. A Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), she is an advanced injector of neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, and PDO Threads, with expertise in CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, RF, and lasers. Formerly a national trainer for Galderma, Susie is known for her honest, warm approach. She loves spending free time with her husband, adult children, and grand-puppy, Frank.

Patti holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Aquinas College (2001) and a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Middle Tennessee State University (2018). A diligent, motivated, and ethical registered nurse, she brings over 20 years of plastic surgery operating room experience, including leadership as assistant operating room director. Patti has successfully completed survey and certification for ASF and CMS Ambulatory Surgery Centers and is committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and two boys, hiking Tennessee State Parks and reading.

Tara is our warm and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator! Born and raised in Tennessee, Tara brings a genuine Southern charm to our office. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, with a degree in Health and Human Performance, Tara has made a rewarding career out of raising her two boys. With her easy smile and friendly demeanor, she is often the first person you’ll meet when you enter our office. Outside of work, Tara enjoys staying active with her love for running, and finds joy in traveling and attending her boys’ baseball games. Her dedication to her family, and our team, makes her an invaluable part of our office community.
