Dr. Nicholas Sieveking is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon known for precise surgical technique, natural-looking results, and thoughtful patient care. His training includes mentorship under internationally recognized Brazilian plastic surgeon Dr. Ivo Pitanguy.

Owner & CEO, Ageless Group

Michael brings 15 years of healthcare experience to his role as Owner & CEO of Ageless Group, the company behind Sieveking Plastic Surgery and Ageless Solutions. His career spans pharmaceutical advertising, growth leadership at a dental startup he scaled to acquisition, and co-founding a prescription wholesale marketplace for pharmacists, along with VP- and CRO-level roles across a range of startups. As a search-fund operator, he focuses on building practices that help people look and feel their best. Outside of work, Michael spends time with his wife and kids and stays active in the gym.

Jennifer Hammond

Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Specialist

A local native and patient for over a decade, Jennifer has served as Sieveking Plastic Surgery’s medical aesthetician for several years. She holds advanced certifications in treatments including Microneedling, Ultherapy, and CoolSculpting. Jennifer advocates for gentle exfoliation and prevention, living by the motto that "it's never too late to start new habits." She loves connecting with clients during their skin journeys and spends her free time traveling with her husband, four children, and two granddaughters.

Susie Cody

RN, CANS, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Susie began her nursing career over 24 years ago at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center before spending the last two decades in prestigious aesthetic practices across California and Tennessee. A Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), she is an advanced injector of neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, and PDO Threads, with expertise in CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, RF, and lasers. Formerly a national trainer for Galderma, Susie is known for her honest, warm approach. She loves spending free time with her husband, adult children, and grand-puppy, Frank.

Patti Key, RN

Surgery Coordinator, Sieveking Plastic Surgery

Patti received her nursing degree from Aquinas College and has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. She has extensive experience in Plastic Surgery, spending her entire nursing career in Plastic Surgery, both in the Operating Room and Office Setting. A diligent, motivated, and ethical registered nurse, she is committed to delivering high-quality, safe, compassionate patient care. She is passionate about helping patients feel cared for, comfortable, knowledgeable and empowered from the beginning to the end of their surgical journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, hiking in Tennessee State Parks, on the river at Rock Island, traveling and reading.

Jan Stanley, RN, MS

Wellness Practitioner, Ageless Solutions

Jan Stanley, RN, MS is a master’s prepared registered nurse with over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her involvement in healthcare included leadership positions in acute patient care and hospital administration, practice ownership as an RN, certified personal nutrition specialist, certified health coach and diabetes educator. She has worked in the discipline of functional medicine for over 18 years. Her decades of work in the local healthcare industry have connected her to an expansive network of health and wellness specialists, practitioners, and providers. Jan completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine with Cum Laude and Suma Cum Laude honors. She was a past member of Sigma Theta Tau, a national nursing honor society. As an experienced wellness practitioner, Jan facilitates the integration of the body, mind, and spirit to teach, motivate, and mentor those who wish to make positive lifestyle choices that leads them to optimal health and healing. In her spare time, Jan enjoys fitness, cooking, playing and teaching piano and spending time with family and friends.
